May is busy for Humankind

May has been a busy month for Humankind!   May 9th Humankind was part of a social justice event at the 2012 Winnipeg International Story Telling Festival at the Arthur V. Mauro Centre for Peace and Justice at the University of Manitoba. The all day event included music, spoken word, personal stories and facilitated breakout sessions all with the goal to get students thinking and sharing. Muuxi spoke at St.Paul's High School and they donated $850 from a free-dresscode day. Humankind thanks SPHS for their continued support! Muuxi and Anne visited St. John's High School where they spoke to students and staff. They saw old friends, made new ones and are inspired by St. John's on-the-spot commitment to support Humankind.
